Veronica Santiago

Veronica, formerly an administrative assistant for Focal, rejoined the firm in August 2016 as the new Operations Manager. In her expanded role, Veronica supports a team of legal professionals that has grown significantly since its two-employee days.

Veronica began her career at KOMO-TV as a television news assignment editor. During her 12 years in journalism, she gained invaluable experience working under tight deadlines in a rapid-paced environment.

Her affable, get-it-done personality combined with a savvy communication style—honed over years of almost daily interactions and discourse with community members and government officials—make Veronica a critical player on the Focal team. Prior to returning to Focal, she worked at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center as an administrative coordinator.

Veronica enjoys the culture of collaboration at Focal. Every day, she gets to work with a team of professionals that take their work seriously, but still know how to have a good time getting it done. As a bonus, this Seahawks season ticket holder can now walk right across the street to get to her games. Go Hawks!
