As a Focal Law attorney, Vickie helps businesses navigate the ins and outs of corporate and commercial transactions. It is her mission to empower clients to make smart, confident legal decisions.

Before joining Focal, Vickie worked at Amazon, handling a mix of commercial contracts and corporate tax issues. Prior to that, she worked at a Big 4-affiliated law firm, diving into commercial transactions, M&A, corporate governance, and tax compliance matters.

What drew her to Focal? The people and the culture. Vickie loves being part of a team that’s not only talented but also supportive, dynamic, and refreshingly down-to-earth. For her, it’s the perfect environment to deliver results while enjoying the process.

When she’s not at her desk, you’ll probably find Vickie hiking a scenic trail, biking through town, trying out a new recipe in the kitchen, or hanging out with her beloved furry friends. Her personal and professional approach to life blends teamwork, compassion, and a dash of adventure.
