Elizabeth Breakstone

Elizabeth started her career at Perkins Coie as a corporate and trademark attorney. After leaving Perkins she spent several years in-house at local technology companies before returning to private practice. She enjoys working at a boutique firm where she can provide the responsiveness, expertise, and top quality legal services her clients deserve.

Elizabeth counsels her clients on a variety of commercial and intellectual property matters. She drafts and negotiates commercial agreements, including services agreements, license agreements, reseller agreements, partner agreements, and more. In addition to her commercial transaction work, she supports her clients in trademark prosecution and enforcement. She also provides product counseling, helps her clients develop complex partnerships, and advises on general outside counsel matters. Her clients range in size from one-person startups to publicly traded companies and she has represented clients on seller-side and buyer-side. She works with businesses in a variety of industries including telecom, gaming, medical devices, consulting, SaaS, energy efficiency and retail.
