Randall Moeller is an experienced litigator and appellate attorney who writes motions and briefs for matters involving commerce / business and intellectual property. Randall has handled all aspects of litigation from pre-litigation and pleadings, complex motions, discovery and trial.

After law school, Randall joined Perkins Coie where he focused on intellectual property and complex business litigation. Randall then joined a boutique IP litigation firm where he focused on complex business litigation and intellectual property matters. Randall has prepared multiple cases for trial, written dispositive motions and appellate briefs in California state and federal courts as well as the Ninth Circuit, and counseled a broad spectrum of clients on various litigation and intellectual property law matters.

Randall focuses on writing briefs and motions, including demurrers, trial and mediation briefs, summary judgment motions, and appeals. He has briefing experience in both state and federal courts, as well as the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. He also has experience handling difficult questions of procedure, jurisprudence, patent, trademark, and copyright law.

Randall practices remotely from Taipei, Taiwan, where he handles California and Washington State litigation and business matters for his own clients, and also does freelance litigation projects for law firms in the Bay Area and Seattle.
