Jen’s practice includes domain name acquisition, registration and enforcement, trademark and copyright infringement protection, employment contracts and website terms of use. She also provides counsel on federal regulatory and Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) compliance.
Jen is former mediator specializing in family law as well as employment and commercial contract disputes. She also currently serves as a Planning Commissioner for the City of Lake Stevens, Washington.
Jen has a great appreciation for Focal’s comprehensive approach to advocacy, which combines both legal guidance tailored to promote the specific interests of each client as well as innovative approaches to conflict resolution.
