The firm offers outsourced General Counsel services which are geared to providing advice on day-to-day issues at a fixed fee. For a fixed fee per month, we will give you a certain number of hours of legal advice (at a discounted rate). This means that you can pick up the phone and call or send an email without constantly worrying about "running up the clock." We would typically visit with the client, talk about ongoing legal needs, analyze previous bills, and construct a proposal.
